Morning everyone,

 

Just after a bit of help please.  In the Guidance on the Noise at Work Regulations, Controlling Noise at Work, Appendix 6 there are some useful sample documents, including a noise and health questionnaire. 

 

In the sample the following question is given:

" Do you hear better or worse in noise? " and the answer options are "better or worse"

 

Please can someone explain to me the significance of this question and the answers as I find it difficult to understand myself let alone when clients ask me what it means?

thank you all so much for all your advice. It has been really helpful.
Can I ask where in the DPA it says about obtaining consent? I am looking
at Part II, Rights of Data Subjects and Others, Paragraph 7 and I can see
where it says consent of other individual. Can anyone point me in the
right direction?
