I have to agree with Sue.

We represent a number of higher education establishments, all of whom have different requirements.

This is definitely not a, ’one size fits all’ industry !

Hi Noushin

Universities are very diverse organisations and is difficult to say one size fits all.

Some universities have large medical and nursing schools, some have animal research facilities, so the OH needs are going to be very different than  where I work as we don't have either.

A good place to start is the 'OH Services in higher & further education 'HSG 257.' I think this can still be downloaded from the HSE web site alternatively can be ordered from HSE publications ISBN 0-7176-6194-6.
