I agree with all advice so far. No issue as not EPP. The only consideration I feel would be due to working in Mental Health, Learning disabilities she could be at risk of being bitten/ scratched by clients. She needs to be made aware that she would then be a 'source' of a blood borne virus and following her NMC code and professional accountability she would then have to advise the clients Dr so they can do a risk assessment.
