I would contact Lesley Murray ([log in to unmask]) who was part of a team who have recently completed a piece of research into Pre-employment health assessments in the NHS in Scotland. Good piece of work which will have, I think, what you're looking for. Not sure if the research has been published yet but I found Lesley very helpful.
