Hi Chloe, I have found a number of clients have found the MIND website really helpful as they can download booklets which are easy to read and are updated by mental health professionals regularly. The website also recommends books as well as their own on a variety of mental health subjects. Good Luck Suzanne. -----Original Message----- From: [log in to unmask] [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Chloe Coleridge Sent: 17 January 2008 14:35 To: [log in to unmask] Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Self help books for depression Good afternoon list Has anyone got a book/s they would recommend on self help for depression which I could suggest to clients?
