A visitor to our museum recently expressed concern about having samples of galena available in our hand's-on area for the public to touch. Given the shortness of exposure time to the lead, I'm hesitant to pull the specimens out-of-hand, but wonder if anyone else has any opinions on this? _______________________ Peggy Fisherkeller Curator of Geology Indiana State Museum 650 West Washington Street Indianapolis, IN 46204 317-232-7172 (F) 317-233-8268 www.in.gov/ism/
