Has anyone done any market research/consultation via snail/email or snail mail to find out what direction an education service should go in?

My cemetery is overburdened with possible NC areas from science to geography to citizenship to history.  So I want to know which areas to concentrate on.
I'm already planning some face to face consultation but also want to consult in other ways.  Does anyone have any good examples or hints and tips about consulting virtually or by letter?
