Subject: Wine, Web 2.0 and What’s New: after-work ThinkDrink 6pm on 7 Feb Trocadero

Wine, Web 2.0 and What’s New

[STOP PRESS: places are filling up already.   We are looking for one more panel member for this event.  If you would like to be involved, please get in touch asap]

7th February (18.0 to 20.30) at the CC Club, Trocadero Centre, London

Come and join the E-Learning Group for the first in a series of social events aimed at bringing you up-to-date with developments in New Technology. Enjoy a glass of wine and join in with our panel of experts discussing what Web 2.0 can offer your museum and how to get the most out of sites like Flickr, Google maps and YouTube.

Open to all

This event is an informal opportunity for non-experts to get together and find out more about what technology can offer. You don’t need any technical experience at all, but it helps if you bring an open mind and some ideas about how you would like users to get more out of your collections!

Venue

The Wine, Web 2.0 and What’s New event will be held at the CC Club in the Trocadero Centre, in the heart of London’s West End.

For further information and directions, visit: http://www.cc-club.co.uk/cc_club/contact.htm . The nearest tube is Piccadilly Circus or Leicester Square.

Price (includes first drink):

Members and concessions: £15.00

Non-members: £25.00 (price includes membership for one year)

Booking

Places at the event are limited so please book early.  Contact Jane Frederick at  [log in to unmask] - or for more details phone Martin Bazley on 0780 3580 727
