Hello, We collected diffusion sequences with 68 images, in which 7 are with b=100 and 61 with b = 1000 s/mm^2. So, there are no imges with b=0. I'd be grateful if someone could let me know if this can be a problem for analysis using FSL. I put the correct b values and gradient directions in the bvals and bvecs files. For the BET binary mask, I ran bet on one of the b=100 scans. Is this a problem? Until now, results seem fine. Can this be a potential problem for any tools from FDT or TBSS? Many thanks, Lucia
