Dear List,

I am attempting to learn to use FEAT and have come across the same issue on whatever data I run: the FEAT report shows the appropriate images for Pre-Stats and registration, but the Post_stats section only shows the analysis methods and references, there are no images (and the Stats section shows the design matrix and efficiency—I’m not sure if that is all there is supposed to be). As I understand, there should be both threshold activation images and time series plots. In addition, when I look in the *.feat directory there are folders for mc, stats, and reg; there aren’t the reg_standard/stats or tsplot folders that I believe should have been created.

I have attached the error report from the Feat 1 tutorial dataset (~/fsl_course_data/fmri/av). I have tried running the tutorial data several times and always get the exact same result. I have also tried it on my own fMRI dataset, and it gives the same result; so I don’t believe that it is a problem with the data itself. And I have pasted below what is the only part of the report.log that seems to show an error. (I have also attached the full report log in case the error is elsewhere.)

Please let me know if I need to provide any other information. (I am running FSLvm on a Windows Vista machince through VMware player. It is version 4.0.1 of FSL and is running in CentOS 5).

Thanks in advance for the help,

Sarah
