Hello, well spotted. There is a line in $FSLDIR/bin/possumX_postproc.sh at the begining which says: POSSUMDIR=~/fsldev . If you change this line into POSSUMDIR=$FSLDIR it will sort it out. A new patch is coming soon and this will be in it.
