Dear Alex,The following online atlas has both Tailaraich and MNI coordinate spaces. The default is Tailrach, but you simply select MNI from the pull down menu.To expand upon Dr. Poldrack's reply, a single cluster typically encompasses several anatomical regions. If you only report the coordinates from the peak voxel, you will be underreporting your findings. Scrolling through your entire data set slice by slice your best option; there is no automatic tool which can do this for you. Also, I think the heading in the report said "Tailairach" in previous releases, but was actually in the same space as whatever standard you selected. The FSL standard has always been in MNI space.I hope this is helpful.Best regards,Jennifer BramenOn Jan 18, 2008, at 9:11 PM, Russell Poldrack wrote:Alex,You might have a look at the paper that Joe Devlin and I wrote on the issue of localization:cheersrussOn Jan 18, 2008, at 10:47 AM, Alexandra Borstad wrote:FSL users,I am a beginning fsl user. When using fsl 3.2 version of FEAT, I used the Talairach coordinates with Talairach Daemon Client to assist with localization. In the new version I don't see Talairach coordinates so I have experimented (with success) with MNI coordinates using the new atlas'.Is there a way to import a data file to use the new atlas' in fsl like I can into the Talairach Daemon, rather than having to go cluster by cluster?Do you have any other suggestions to simplify cluster localization? Thanks in advance for your time.Alex BorstadThe Ohio State University---Russell A.
