I am reviewing the above
with a view to standardising current practices by consolidating and
coordinating a corporate register and reporting procedures.
This has in the past been
done at an operational level and therefore different processes existing in
different areas of the council including what and how information is captured
and monitored etc tec.
Has anyone done/doing
anything similar?
I welcome any responses
either on or off list.
