Hi Magnus, On a technical level this is possible. If you select the 'link:ND2' descriptor for Asn, and your aDGlcNAc has descriptor 'link:C1_1,O4', you should be able to link up the C1 to the ND2, either on the Molecule or on the MolSystem level. Analysis should let you do this, as far as I'm aware. Bye, Wim
