Hi Jason

Hereford & Worcester Ambulance Service (now incorporated into WMAS) used
to use the Mobimed (Ortivus) system which had a built-in ePRF. From the
receiving hospitals point of view it was used almost exclusively in the
context of thrombolysis - there was a 'text message' type communication
function allowing limited dialogue between crew and ED to pass brief
history/drugs etc, name, 12 lead (& other vitals) were transmitted. Very
little, if any, of the other details were used or requested by the
hospitals. ePRF was only completed on/following arrival at hospital.
Data from the ambulance side e.g. name, address, DOB could not be used
to automatically populate a hospital patient record.
