Thanks, How/why will the volume measure with fslstats differ from the output of first_utils (.vol)? - assuming I'm using native reconstruction, and no boundary correction I can't seem to make these match, regardless of the options I've tried. However, with fslroi you can easily extract the single volume and then run fslstats on that.
