Dear SPM users, I have computed an Interaction analysis (group1>group2 con1>cond2), inclusively masking with the group contrast from group1 cond1>cond2. I changed the uncorrected mask threshold from 0.05 to 0.001. For the interaction, I used p<0.001, k=20. The problem is SAVING the results (as .hdrs and .imgs) for further exploration with for example xjview or MRIcro. I get the following error report: SPM2: wfu_spm_getSPM2_conj (v2.52) 10:26:48 - 06/12/2007 ---------------------------------------------------------------- SPM computation : ...masking SPM computation : ...done SPM computation : ...done ??? Maximum recursion limit of 500 reached. Use set(0,'RecursionLimit',N) to change the limit. Be aware that exceeding your available stack space can crash MATLAB and/or your computer. Error in ==> c:\programme\spm2\toolbox\marsbar-0.38.2\spm2\spm_create_image.m On line 7 ==> V = spm_create_vol(V); This does not happen if I leave the uncorrected mask threshold at 0.05.
