Dear experts

I'm completely new to fMRI analysis.

Our center has a 3T Simens MRI (Trio).

I am trying to conduct a basic fMRI analysis using finger tapping and block design.

Here is the problem; the dataset of output is 'IMA' files.

How can I convert this IMA file to Analyze (img) format in order to perform a SPM analysis??

Isn't this conversion possible to use MRIcro program?

Or, please let me know the easiest way to do this conversion.
