Hello all, we considered to perform a PPI to see, if in presence of an electrophysiological event the synchronization/BOLD correlation between two areas of the brain increases. Can this be done using an event-vector (of the electrophysiological events) as "context" (event there / not there)? Has anybody another idea how to answer this type of question?
