Dear all
I have been working at a University where we used "medical instructions" rather than PGD.
One issue was if you are ordering drugs directly from the manufacturer there is no pharmacist involved, therefore  PGD is not appropriate
The format seemed to be exactly the same as a PGD, except no pharmacists name.
Can't find any reference to it from a quick google search...
