Hi there
I have a 24yo employee who is 6/52 pregnant. She is
a plumber and covers new builds.
Part of her work involves some soldering, use of
glues and mastic.
Can anyone tell me of appropriate mask or breathing
app. that she could use to allow her to continue with these tasks. if she
can't then her pay drops dramatically because she's paid per job within the
house.
