I would recommend creating an intersection of the masks from each individual registered to standard space.  this will show you the places where everyone has data that enters the analysis.

Dear List,

I want to check if my epi images have consistent signal dropout in anterior temporal areas. I wanted to check with you what's a good way to do that.

Is the mean_func at the 3rd level the grandaverage of all functional images that went into the analysis? SO if I overlay this on the bg_image I should see which areas show, on average, less signal than others, right?

I'd appreciate other suggestions.

Thanks a lot,

Sandy
