Hi! I just did another installation of FSL 4.0.2 under vmware and fsl-Centos5_32. The feeds ./RUN all did fine. Now I am stuck with starting bedpostX (data from another other computer with the FSL 4.0.0 installation). bedpostx_datacheck worked fine but starting bedpostx gives my this -------- [fsl@localhost s1]$ switching from /mnt/hgfs/Windows/CHUV_2006/s1 to /mnt/hgfs/Windows/CHUV_2006/s1 bedpostx /mnt/hgfs/Windows/CHUV_2006/s1/bedpostx -n 2 -w 1 -b 1000 /usr/local/fsl/bin/bedpostx /mnt/hgfs/Windows/CHUV_2006/s1/bedpostx -n 2 -w 1 -b 1000 subjectdir is /mnt/hgfs/Windows/CHUV_2006/s1/bedpostx Making bedpostx directory structure Queuing preprocessing stages Queuing parallel processing stage 0 slices processed -------- and it tells me that in bedpostx.bedpostX/monitor on line 6 [binary operator expected] the "top" output is: top - 18:35:05 up 8 min, 2 users, load average: 1.01, 0.87, 0.48 Tasks: 111 total, 3 running, 107 sleeping, 0 stopped, 1 zombie Cpu(s): 88.3%us, 8.7%sy, 0.0%ni, 0.0%id, 0.0%wa, 3.0%hi, 0.0%si, 0.0%st Mem: 1035324k total, 479916k used, 555408k free, 27420k buffers Swap: 2031608k total, 0k used, 2031608k free, 317128k cached What could I do to fix that, please?
