We have sometimes paid a fortune to advertise in the press, but then noticed that 99.9% of candidates had seen the advert online. So don't waste your money! We've just appointed a Mental Health Development Worker to complement our existing Mental Health Advisor. We relied on our own website and jobs.ac.uk (normally I use nadp & disforum too).

The University of Central Lancashire is shortly to advertise for an Adviser  in the Disability Advisory Service who will have particular responsibility  for working with students with mental health issues.

 

Can any Disability Services  which can recommend any web sites good for advertising  for suitably qualified people with a back ground in social work, community practice nursing, psychiatric nursing etc. let Catherine Badminton [log in to unmask] and Janet Vonslow  [log in to unmask] know of such sites (not London obviously)
