We have sometimes paid a fortune to advertise in the press, but then noticed that 99.9% of candidates had seen the advert online. So don't waste your money! We've just appointed a Mental Health Development Worker to complement our existing Mental Health Advisor. We relied on our own website and jobs.ac.uk (normally I use nadp & disforum too).
