This collection also aims to investigate the viability
of Irish Romanticism as a structuring category for analysis of cultural
productions in this period. Given the unstable boundaries of both
‘Irish’ and ‘Romanticism’ as terms, it is hoped that
this collection will not only be a valuable addition toIrish Studies, but also
useful to students interested in this vitally important period in European
culture.
Essays are
sought on any aspect of Irish culture in the period, although particular topics
for consideration might include:
