Simon Would need to know how many shifts you intend to run each day, and, critically, if you intend to run an overnight service, and what level of weekend service. Of course, many of these things are mutually exclusive with only six on the rota, but would need to know what your priorities are (i.e. your "sine qua non") before advising.
