Dear colleagues,

I performed a multiple regression analyses (VBM) with some clinical features as a covariate. When I plot the covariate, I see a strong negative correlation between that covariate and for instance gray matter volume in the caudate nucleus.

I would like to know how to compute the regression coefficient within SPM5.

Any advice is most welcome.
