from my experience the problem still is that HR will not make a  decision on 
this, especially if I challenge the GP's view, after all I'm only a  nurse!!
 
But I have to say even when the Holy Grail, sorry, Doctor says the  same they 
are still reluctant to withdraw full pay and perks and just pay  SSP.
 
It is because of this we have the sickness absence rates we do, and  plenty 
of oscilation de plumbage
