Hello folks, Would it be worth while including on the home pages of your online HERs a simple one click survey along the lines of 'where did you hear about the HER'? It could include options to select e.g. local society lecture; local library; web search; planning department; school; newspaper article etc (chosen to fit the measures you are using). Not perfect of course - not everyone will complete it (you could offer a incentive - prize-draw perhaps? an aerial photo of your home etc?), but it will at least give you a basis for evaluating your different approaches.
