Are you migrating under LSP or the GPSoC contract? If under the LSP
contract, how does it compare to the GPSoC one?
I appreciate that in both cases the contract is actually between the
supplier and the PCT - but it would be interesting to have some idea of
the T&C of an LSP procurement!

I assume that you had a good reason for changing systems in the first
place!

Are you contemplating having a shared GP/Community system?
If you are, what are the arrangements regarding clinical governance,
access permission (can anyone in the Community authorise others to
access the practice database, in whole or in part? Can the system be
fixed so that a DN can see her workload, or does access to one patient's
records in the GP system allow access to all of them?

Who is the data controller in either a combined record or under an LSP
contract?

Please share your experiences with the list..
