done online? Or frustrating, dull and downright annoying? Learn how
to make your users feel good about your website, your brand and the time they

This one-day course for museum and archive
professionals offers an introduction to writing for the web, with practical
exercises and discussion throughout

consultant with over 10 years' experience as an online audience advocate -
thinking about websites from the users' point of view
Jon Pratty, Editor of 24 Hour Museum,
who has been working in the arts and museums sector for 20 years, and has 15
years experience as a journalist in the online arts sector.
