Writing for the Web

Have you noticed how you enjoy spending time on some websites and not others?  How it can be really easy, enjoyable and rewarding getting things done online?  Or frustrating, dull and downright annoying?  Learn how to make your users feel good about your website, your brand and the time they spend interacting with it.

Better writing for the web also makes your site more visible to people via search engines and their spiders!
