The seminar is aimed at teachers (pre-school, primary,
secondary, higher, vocational, adult education, special needs), intercultural
education teachers and staff, leaders and staff of intercultural organizations,
teacher trainers, careers officers, educational guides and counselors,
inspectors, head teachers/principals of schools/organizations offering adult
education, paid or voluntary management staff in the institution /
organizations, non-teaching administrative staff , local authorities leadership
and staff, youth leaders, social services personnel
etc.
Funds are available to cover all
expenses.
The seminar is resulting from a Grundtvig 4 project, the
NILE {Network for Intercultural Learning} coordinated by Dr. Beate
Schmidt-Behlau, DVV Germany. Two experienced experts in the field, Dr.
Schmidt-Behlau and Emilia Ilieva from
The G3 seminar, based on practical experiences, will
look into communication methods and leadership potential, and also reflect on
strategies of intercultural management and methodological approaches to working
with diverse groups. It will share experiences and build on European
partnerships, and deal with how to manage conflicts and intercultural
competences.
