Hello: I was running FEEDS for newly-installed FSL 4.0 compiled on Mandriva. Everything was running smoothly until the FEAT commands began. The problem was with the fmri.nii.gz file in feeds/data/. When I run fslinfo fmri.nii.gz, I see: ** ERROR: nifti_convert_nhdr2nim: bad dim[0] ** ERROR (nifti_image_read): cannot create nifti image from header 'fmri.nii.gz' ** ERROR: nifti_image_open(fmri): bad header info Error: failed to open file fmri ERROR: Could not open file An ls -l yields this info about that file: -rw-r--r-- 1 hurry01 hurry01 7880835 2004-09-30 03:02 fmri.nii.gz Before FEAT, all tests were passing with flying colors. I deleted the feeds directory, redownloaded fsl-4.0.2-feeds.tar.gz and then gunzipped/tarred all over again and find the same problem with the fmri.nii.gz. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks very much! Best, Heather
