Thank you for all of your work arranging this. My pOstage mate in Glasgow is inspiring me to draw (even it is little but often), and when we lecture full time it's often easy to forget to practice what we preach. Enjoying the arrival of new drawings 'for me' immensely

hello

the first pOstage project (1) a 'draw-in' exchange has been running for 2 weeks, and so far there are 135 people involved and more joining everyday.

I would like to thank everyone for the great response and interest!

I am creating a website for the project which will hopefully be up and running after Christmas. if anyone wishes to send me images, thoughts, stories and ideas

about their pOstage experiences this would be greatly appreciated. this will enable me to map the project on the website giving everybody involved the

opportunity to see the project as a whole.

(but as I have said before this is completely optional as some may wish to keep their exchanges private)

the second project (2) 'draw-in' circles is underway.

(a) circles of 5

 - 'draw-in' circles of 5 people have been made. each person will begin a drawing and post it to the next person in the circle who will add to the drawing and
post it on. there will be 5 drawings in circulation and each one will be drawn on 5 times. the process stops when you recieve the drawing you began back.

pOstage will be sending out the address for each person in the circles of 5 to post their drawings to.

other variations of (2) 'draw-in' circles will be happening  in the future...

(for example: larger and smaller circles
and also 'response' circles - someone from the circle does a drawing and posts it on, the person who recieves it makes a drawing in response to the first drawing, then posts this second drawing on which is responded to by a third drawing and the process continues...)

if anyone who has sent an address does not wish to be involved with this project just email and i can remove you from the list.

and if anyone would like to join just send me your address!

otherwise pOstage will be in touch again soon with more details about (2) 'draw-in' circles (a) circle of 5 , with an address for you to post to.
