Hi all, I think there is a bug in the exporting of NCS maps in the pre-release version of coot (0.4-pre-1 running on Ubuntu 7.04). I used NCS map to transform a map on top of a structure and then used "(export-map imol filename)" to write out the appropriate map. However, when I read in the map in a new coot session the map is the original (untransformed) map... Has anyone else seen this bug in the latest version?
