Hi Graeme It is possible, but why do several sites start seeing it this week? (Or have there been many cases I missed?). As far as I can tell, few of the sites listed were overloaded last week. Perhaps the SAM people will say their system was heavily loaded, but if this is the case why are they/we adding more tests to it? SAM does not yet do the much sought after pattern recognition to highlight test or central problems. It's another classic case of a test itself failing, but then erroneously reporting a site failure, instead of reporting a test failure. I thought such cases were supposed to be incorporated into the SAM framework? (Was it test result "unknown"?) Thanks for bring it up.
