Hello SPM experts,

 

I am getting a previously occurred error "Warning: Matrix is singular to working precision" In spm_peb_ppi at 204.

Some detective work on the list archives, got me to add the line "xY.X0   = xY.X0(:,~~any(xY.X0));" around line 212 before line with comment "compute regional response..." in the spm_regions.m
 

However, it still hasnt solved my problem. I still get the error and my PPI.Y are all NaN values.

 

Any help will make life easy, what am I doing wrong?
