Dear All Like so many of us I have been given the dubious task of drafting some guidance for staff on the appropriate use and management of email. This guidance is intended more to be along the lines of 'folder structures for stored emails' and managing volumes rather than the 'don't send pornography' type guidance. To use the oft quoted cliche 'why reinvent the wheel' so if anyone has anything that they can let me have I'd be grateful. Due acknowledgement will of course be provided.
