The BA Young People’s Programme Manager

The BA (British Association for the Advancement of Science) is looking for a Young People’s Programme Manager as the present post holder is moving on after nearly four years.  

The Young People’s Programme Manager is responsible for managing and developing the BA’s young people’s programme, which comprises the CREST awards and a young people’s programme for the BA Festival of Science.  The CREST awards recognise creativity in project work in science and technology between the ages of 5 and 19. Currently the BA is also responsible for the Clubs co-ordinator for the DCSF 250 Science and Engineering Clubs project and the job will also entail involvement in a number of other exciting projects.

This post is full time and based at the BA’s offices in South Kensington, London.  Salary will be approximately £33,000 depending on experience.  A full job description can be found at www.the-ba.net/jobs.
