Dear Colleagues, We are debating to purchase a New Wave Technologies Polaris III laser -- a shoebox-type YAG laser -- running at 20 Hz, with 532 nm and 355 nm output options, for laser ablation purposes. We are wondering if anyone has purchased such a laser and can give us some feedback regarding its operation, meeting its specs, its reliability and the support that New Wave provides.
