I would welcome any information and results from any authorities who have tried emailing/texting "lapsed" library members and how successful this has been in re-recruiting members to your library service. By the term "lapsed", this can be expired membership if you have an expiry date on your membership accounts or alternatively where registered members have not used the lending service for a number of years.
