Dear all, If anyone has amended their opening hours as a result of gathering evidence (usage stats for particluar times of day, user views etc), please could you contact me? I have a Director who needs to be convinced of the need for a physical library which is staffed and open so we are supplementing our security system counter stats with counts of bodies in at certain times, but I would like to know if other people have had to justify their opening hours?
