Hi FSLexperts!
I still have troubles with the 3D function of fslview.
What I can do in 2D:
show struct images, show FA, and fibers etc.
What I can do in 3D:
-show the MNI template
-show some single fibers (results of probtrackx) alone
-show fibers in the MNI template
What I cannot do in 3D:
-show the struct. It gives me this error:

Where is the problem? I see that sturct in 2D as far as I see correctly!
Does anyone know?
