For anyone interested, an update on my recent email detailing problems
with History basedata for History 6522B and 6524B.

I have contacted Edexcel again as they had not responded within their 3
day target. The customer service contact asked Entries who told her that
there was no problem with the software.

I had the offending file open on my PC as I spoke and asked her to tell
entries to open the file and look.

She came back to me to apologise saying there was a fault in the
basedata and they were trying to fix it! But, they don't know when by.

Let's hope it is before next Friday when entries become late.
