In the week the EU has agreed a new Treaty, we have news of:

 

- national case law on EUR-Lex

- the new Freight Transport Package

- an initiative to tackle poverty

- a proposed charter on ‘Dys’ diseases (dysphasia, dyspraxia, dyslexia and dyscalculia)

- the European Gendarmerie Force
