Hi All
 
Thanks for your views on and off-line.  Basically, our forms are in
order as we have the Section 29 bit in i.e. we will share with other
public bodies etc. to detect fraud but my advice is not to give out the
full register until we are made aware of legislation governing this by
Audit Scotland.  Surely, the only people needing to be data matched are
those who apply for SPD.  It would take just one person to be data
matched wrongly and that would open the doors for a lawsuit.
 
I think this will go on and on until it is resolved.
