Hi folks, Last week there was a hardware problem with the scanner trigger and the fix required some minor changes to software in order to work. The matlab functions configure_triggers.m and wait_for_triggers.m are both correct now and will work in either Cogent or PsychToolBox script. These are located in the usb_dio/ folder on the desktop of the Cogent PC. If you have local copies (e.g. for your laptop), be sure to get the a copy of the newest version or your scripts may miss the scanner triggers. For people using the BNC->parallel port connection to detect triggers, this should be functioning as before.
