Book now for the Connections Exhibition
The Connections Exhibition is a 24-panel travelling exhibition which charts the histories and experiences of Asian, Black and Jewish immigrants to Britain. It has been designed to appeal specifically to 11-14 year olds although has also been very popular with adult audiences. The exhibition is supported by an extensive website for academic research, a range of teachers’ materials, an activity sheet and interactive CD ROM for young people. Hire is free of charge, apart from a flat fee of £85.00 to cover delivery of the exhibition and postage of printed materials.
The Connections Exhibition was launched at City Hall, London in October 2004 and has since been travelling around the country to schools, libraries, community centres, small museums, churches and festivals. It has been fully booked since the launch and is booked until the end of 2007.
Due to its success it has recently received additional funding which will enable it to be offered for hire until the end of 2008.
