The Annual Report will show that your institution is committed to disability equality, and interested parties will be able to see the progress you have made. Your institution's DES Annual Report can be published in an institution wide annual report or any other documents that are produced and published annually. Publication of the Annual Report should be a natural point of focus for ongoing involvement of disabled people and will help your institution monitor effective progress, as well as shape future Schemes." I understand that HEIs are meant to be producing their first annual report on the Disability Equality Scheme. Is this correct? Do colleagues have any more details of this requirement?
